4. We reserve the right to cancel any order in full or part without assigning any reason.
5. Unless otherwise agreed upon all Way Bills or Railway Receipts for goods supplied
    shall be negotiated through scheduled bank against payment only or pr. V.P.P.
6. New customers are requested to please remit 25% of the value of the Order as
    advance.
7. Sales Tax, Excise Duty or any other Tax levied by any government, as applicable, will
    be charged extra.
8. All disputes arising out of an order placed direct or through an agent will be subject to
    the jurisdiction of Law Courts as Jalandhar City.
9. Rates & Terms are subject to alteration without notice.
