Terms & Conditions!
1. All orders placed direct or through an agent are valid after confirmation from
    Head Office.
2. Every precaution is being taken while packing the goods which are generally booked
    at Railway/Transport Risk but in case of any damage, loss or pilfrage in transit, we are
    not liable to accept any responsibility. Carriers would be considered as indentor's
    Agent after a consignment is made by us the former, any claim due to losses in transit
    or wrong delivery shall be concern between indentor and his carrier.
3. Orders once placed and confirmed by us cannot be cancelled without consent. We
    reserve the right to execute any order infull/parts according to our supply position or
   manufacturing capacity. We accept no liabilities for delayed supplies for reasons
   beyond our control such as war, Lockout Breakdown, Riots etc. All commitments
   entered into by us are subject to above contingencies beyond our control.      Next
